Phones Pro: Can't Hear Anyone When Calling Out

Problem

You are unable to hear anyone when you place an outbound call, and this issue happens when you click to call a customer, when you type in a number, or both.

Solution

  1. Check the audio settings for your dialer and the computer/headset settings to ensure they are correct.

  2. Ensure that the headphones icon on the upper left-hand side of the Phones Pro keypad/pop-up shown in ServiceTitan is selected for Speaker/Headset.

  3. Close out any other apps or websites you have open that would display over-the-phone audio such as any music apps.

  4. Check your audio settings and site settings.

  5. If the issues persist, contact ServiceTitan Technical Support for assistance.
