Things to know

  • The Business Unit filter applies to job-related data, not customer profiles. Customers are not assigned to business units, but their jobs are. To see customers by business unit, create a custom report based on the Jobs template.

  • If the report shows unexpected customer counts, double check the filters. The From - To filter looks for all customer profiles created within the selected range. Verify that you're selecting the appropriate date range to see all customer profiles created within that range.

  • If the report isn't appearing in your report list, double check your report permissions. An administrator at your company may need to share the report with you.
