Membership Invoices Showing Multiple Locations Instead of Assigned Address

Problem

Membership invoices for customers are displaying Multiple locations as the service location on the invoice page as well as the job address on the printed invoice instead of the address assigned to the membership.

Solution

This is caused by applying membership pricing to all locations listed, which results in Multiple Locations populating in the address field.

  1. In ServiceTitan, find and go to the customer profile.

  2. In the side menu, click Memberships and select the membership.

  3. In the membership screen, click the Edit icon.

  4. On the Apply membership pricing setting, select a location.

  5. Save the changes.
