Overview
Drill into location details to view a location's contacts, performance, and marketing history. Use these insights to better plan and target contacts and leads for your campaigns.
Make sure you're viewing the correct Marketing Pro content

You can check your version following these steps:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Things to know
Performance data indicating the email and direct mail performance metrics is aggregated across all contacts within the location by default.
Location Detail overview
To get a granular look at a specific service location's performance and associated contacts:
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.In the side menu, go to Audiences > Contacts.
On the Contacts screen that opens, select the customer or lead you want to view.

On the Customer Detail screen that opens, go to the All Service Locations section and select a service location.
Note: You can also go to the Service Location Detail screen from the Contact Detail screen.

On the Service Location Detail screen that opens, you can:
View Location information
The Service Location Detail screen header displays the following information:
Location Name: Name of the location where services are provided.
Last Updated Date: The most recent date the service location's information was updated.
Tags: Labels that help identify and categorize the service location.

View Location Primary Contact information
The Service Location Detail screen includes information about the location's primary contact.

View Service Location Contact details
View a list of all contacts for the service location in the Service Location Contact Details section of the Service Location Detail screen.

In this section, you can:
View the following information for each service location contact:
Name: The contact's name.
Role: The role selected for the contact in your customer relationship management (CRM) solution. For example, the contact could be a location contact or billing contact.
Email: The email address for the contact.
Phone: The phone number for the contact.
Mailing Address: The mailing address for the contact.
Communication: The type of communications the contact is signed up to receive.
Channel: The available contact methods, such as Email if an email address is provided.
Click a contact to go to the Contact Detail screen for more information.
View Marketing Performance
View performance data for the customer in the Marketing Performance section of the Service Location Detail screen.

In this section, you can:
View Email Performance metrics including the number of emails sent, unique open rate, number of clicks, and click rate.
View Direct Mail Performance metrics, including the number of postcards ordered, printed, shipped, and failed to print.
View historic marketing events
View historical marketing events associated with the service location in the All Marketing Activity section of the Service Location Detail screen.
In this section, you can:
View every employee or system-generated marketing event across all channels, all locations, and all contacts.
View more events by clicking View More.
Go to the campaign's detail screen by clicking a campaign name.
View marketing email sent by clicking View email.

Export Service Location Contact details
On the Service Location Detail screen, go to the Service Location Contact Details section.
Click Export.

A CSV file downloads to your computer containing the data from the table.
