Overview

Drill into your contacts' details to view their associated locations, performance metrics, and marketing history. Use these insights to better plan and target contacts and leads for your campaigns.


Make sure you’re viewing the correct Marketing Pro content

This article is for Marketing Pro v2. If you are using Marketing Pro, see Manage Marketing Pro Audiences for content specific to your experience.

You can check your version following these steps:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing A speaker icon representing Marketing in ServiceTitan..

  2. If the side menu under Analytics includes One-Time Campaigns and Automated Campaigns, you're using Marketing Pro v2. If these options aren't visible, you're using Marketing Pro.

Who uses this feature

  • Marketing managers, business owners, and other marketers on your team

  • Primarily for Commercial Service & Replacement and Residential Service & Replacement business types

Feature configuration

  • To get started with Marketing Pro, request a demo on our Pro Products page, or reach out to your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Pro Account Manager (PAM).

Things to know

  • You can associate a contact with multiple locations.

  • The Marketing Performance data combines results from all service locations associated with the contact.

Contact Detail overview

To get a more granular look at a specific contact's performance and associated locations:

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing .

  2. In the side menu, go to Audiences > Contacts.        

    Note: The Residential or Commercial tab opens, depending on which tab includes the larger number of contact records. The same concept applies to the Single Location and Multi-Location tabs.

  3. Click the contact or lead you want to view details for. Customer contact list showing valid email statuses and options for editing columns.

  4. On the Customer Detail screen that opens, go to the All Contacts section and select a contact record. Contact details for Jaqueline, including communication preferences and priority status.

  5. On the Contact Detail screen that opens, you can:        

View Contact information

The header of the Contact Detail screen includes the following information:

  • Contact Name: The name of the contact person.

  • Last Updated Date: The date when the contact information was last updated.

  • Tags: The identifying labels for the contact.

View Preferred Contact information

On the side of the Contact Detail screen, you can see their Preferred Contact information.

View All Contacts

View the contact methods and mailing addresses for the contact in the All Contacts section, including:

  • All available contact channels.

  • The contact's email address, email status, phone number, and mailing address.

  • A list of communications sent to the contact.

  • The contact's preferred methods for email, phone calls, and direct mail.

View Associated Service Locations

View the service locations associated with the contact in the Associated Service Location section.

For each service location, you can see the following information:

  • Service Location: The address where services are provided to the contact.

  • Email: The email address for the service location.

  • Phone Number: The phone number for the service location.

  • Communication: The type of communications the service location is signed up to receive.

  • Channel: The available contact methods for the service location, such as Email if an email address is provided.

View Marketing Performance

View detailed performance metrics in the Marketing Performance section, including:

  • Email Performance metrics:        

    • Emails Sent: The total number of emails sent to the contact.

    • Unique Open Rate: The percentage of emails the contact opened at least once.

    • Click: The total number of times the contact clicked links in your emails.

    • Click Rate: The percentage of emails that resulted in a link being clicked. Email performance metrics showing emails sent, open rate, clicks, and click rate.

  • Direct Mail Performance metrics:        

    • Ordered: The number of postcards ordered for the contact.

    • Printing: The number of postcards printed for the contact.

    • Shipping: The number of postcards shipped to the contact.

    • Failed: The number of postcards that failed to be printed. Direct mail performance metrics showing ordered, printing, shipping, and failed counts.

View historic marketing events

View the historical marketing events associated with the contact in the All Marketing Activity. In this section, you can:

  • View the contact marketing events for all channels and locations.

  • Click View More to view more events.

  • Go to a campaign's detail screen by clicking the campaign name.

  • Click View email to view a marketing email.

Export Contact and Associated Service Location data

Export a list of all contacts or associated service locations as a CSV file:

  1. On the Contact Detail screen, go to the All Contacts or Associated Service Location section.

  2. Click ExportContact list showing email statuses and an export option highlighted for user action.

A CSV file downloads to your computer with the data from the table.
