Exclude journal entries from syncing
If you are using Touchless Integration, you can choose to exclude journal entries from syncing. This is useful if you have journal entries that would never sync to accounting systems, such as historical data, manual adjustments, and workflows, and prevents these journal entries from staying in the Not Synced status indefinitely.
Note: This feature is only available if you are integrated with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Xero, and you have Touchless Integration enabled.
Go to the navigation bar and click Accounting
.In the side menu, click Journal Entries.
Use the filter option to filter out the journal entries, if needed.
On the Journal Entries screen that opens, select the journal entries you want to exclude from syncing.
Note: To select all journal entries on the screen, click the box on the header row. Alternatively, you can click Select All to select all your journal entries.
Click Actions > Exclude from Syncing.

The Sync Status for that journal entry updates to Excluded.

If you want to revert this action, meaning you want to include a previously excluded journal entry back into being synced, select the excluded journal entries and click Actions > Include in Syncing.
Remove journal entry sync data
If you are using Touchless Integration, you can delete the journal entry in the accounting system and remove the sync record for a journal entry in ServiceTitan. This allows you to delete journal entries and return the journal entry to a Not Synced status in ServiceTitan to prevent discrepancies between both platforms.
When you choose to remove sync data on a journal entry, the journal entry status updates to Not Synced without deleting the actual journal entry.
Note: This feature is only available if you are integrated with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and Xero, and you have Touchless Integration enabled. You also need to have the Journal Entry Action - Remove Sync Data permission enabled to perform this workflow.
