Overview

This report provides an overview of customer data specific to membership billing. Data in this report is based on active memberships that have a next billing date within the specified date range.

Common uses for this report

  • Use this report to view the customer name, membership type, payment method, invoice template, invoice total, and more.

Note: Memberships with no billing template are excluded from the report results.

How to find this report

  1. Click Reports in the main navigation menu.

  2. On the Reports screen that opens, click Legacy Reports.

  3. In the Search field, search for Membership Billing.

  4. Click the report name. Then you will be able to set filters and run the report.

Report filters

Type

Filter by type. This report can be run by a single membership type or all membership types.

Date Range

Filter by date range. Use the From and To fields to set a custom date range.

View or download the report

Click Update to view the report.

The report can be downloaded in three different formats:

  • Download PDF

  • Export to Excel (*.xlsx) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

  • Export to Comma separated (*.csv) (click the dropdown arrow next to Download PDF)

Explanation of report columns

The report includes the following columns:

Customer
                   


Bill To customer on the invoice.
                   

Next Billing Date
                   

Next date the customer is billed for the membership.          

Membership Type
                   

Type of membership attached to the customer.        

Customer’s Primary Payment Method
                   

Type of payment the customer chooses to pay for the membership services.      

Preferred Payment Method
                   

Type of method the customer desires to pay for the membership.          

Billing Template
                   

Billing template attached to the recurring service as indicated in the customer record.        

Template Total
                   

Total of all the items on the template.

Sum of all the items on the billing template] Trigger: Job completed.
                   

Invoice Total
                   

Total of all the items on the invoice.
