How to Resolve Issues with the Receive Function in ServiceTitan

Problem

The receive function is not working and you cannot receive any purchase orders. When you click the Receive button, it acts as if it's receiving the purchase order but then it does not go through with creating the receipt. There are no errors popping up.

Solution

To clear your browser cache:

  1. Open Chrome and click the More icon in the top corner. You can also go to "chrome://settings/clearBrowserData".

  2. Click Clear browsing data.

  3. On the screen that opens, select All time from the Time range dropdown.

  4. Check the boxes next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  5. Click Clear data.

  6. Be sure to save everything you have open currently on the internet since this workflow tends to sign you out of any websites you're currently on.

  7. Close Chrome and open it again.

  8. Go to ServiceTitan and try to receive the purchase order again.
