Problem

Users can't log into the ServiceTitan Inventory mobile app. They may see the error message: Permission required. You do not have access to the ServiceTitan Inventory App.

Solution

Issues accessing the ServiceTitan Inventory mobile app

There are a number of ways to troubleshoot login issues with the Inventory Mobile App:

Check the Password

  1. Log out of the mobile app.

  2. Log back in again.

  3. If login fails, try resetting the user's password.

Adjust Permissions

  1. In the navigation bar, click the Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. icon on your computer.

  2. Click on People > Employees.

  3. Find the user who can't access the app and click Edit next to their name.

  4. Click on the Permission tab.

  5. In the Inventory Mobile App section, look for the permission Access Inventory Mobile App. If it's already enabled, disable it, save, then enable it again and save.

Reinstall the App

  1. Delete the ServiceTitan Inventory mobile app from the device.

  2. Download and reinstall the app from the app store.

  3. Try logging in again with the correct credentials.
