This guide helps you fix an issue with the Inventory Mobile app. It covers why a technician might see a permission error even after being granted access.
Problem
Technicians see a message saying they do not have permission. This happens even after permissions are granted.

Follow the steps below to enable the inventory mobile app access.
Enabling inventory mobile app access
Go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side menu, click Inventory or Purchasing > Configurations.
Click the Purchasing tab and turn on the Enable Inventory Mobile App toggle.
Save changes and log in to the Inventory Mobile app again.
