How to Verify if Phones are Calling a Non-Working Number

Problem

Phones are stating they are calling a non-working number when they are transferred. The issue persists even when calling the forwarding number directly.

Solution

  1. Go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Phones > Phone Numbers in ServiceTitan.

  2. Check the phone numbers listed on the table. These are ServiceTitan Tracking Numbers and are all set to get forwarded to the Forwarding Number.

  3. Call the Forwarding Number directly to see if the issue persists.

  4. If the issue persists, the problem is outside of ServiceTitan. Contact the service provider for the Forwarding Number to resolve the issue.

  5. If the issue does not persist, the problem may be with the call routing or transferring. Contact ServiceTitan Technical Support for assistance.

Note: ServiceTitan does not have access to information about the Forwarding Number's routing or transferring.
