How to Use ServiceTitan for Effective Outbound Calling?

I need help using outbound calls in ServiceTitan, locating and finding opportunities for these calls, and managing multiple follow-ups.

Solution

To effectively use ServiceTitan for outbound calls, follow these guidelines.

Place outbound calls

Make outbound calls in ServiceTitan by clicking a number in ServiceTitan. When you click to call, the system records the outbound call, attaches the recording to the job, and broadcasts a ported-in caller ID number. For more, see Place outbound calls.

Find opportunities for outbound calls

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Ups.

  2. Keep track of follow-up opportunities, like unsold estimates, sold estimates, leads, and more.

Manage multiple items

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Follow Ups.

  2. Select a follow-up opportunity and log your information on the respective follow-up opportunity you're making the outbound call for.
