Problem
The customer reported that all of their forwarding numbers were dropping out after a few seconds. The call bubbles turn gray when the call drops.
Solution
Verify if the call bubbles are still generated when the calls are dropping.
Run test calls to check where the issue is coming from.
Go to Settings
> Phones > Phone Numbers.Call the forwarding number to see what happens from your end.
If the test is successful, the issue is resolved.
If the issue is coming from your forwarding number, contact your phone provider.
If the issue persists, contact ServiceTitan Technical Support and provide the details of the issue. Be sure to include the date, time, the number that was dialed, or the number of the callers whenever possible as it expedites the ServiceTitan support team's ability to begin troubleshooting.
