If the service agreement covers multiple locations, you can change the billing address to any of the other locations covered by the agreement.

If the service agreement is already on Activated status:

  1. Go to the customer's profile.

  2. Click on the Service Agreements tab.

  3. Select the service agreement you want to update.

  4. Go to the Billing and Invoices tab.

  5. Coming ST-78:

Click Edit A simple icon in the shape of a pencil. under Bill-To and select a new customer to bill from the list.

Click Edit A simple icon in the shape of a pencil. under Service Location and select the correct service location address for recurring billing from the list.

If the service agreement is in Draft status:

  1. Go to the customer's profile.

  2. Click on the Service Agreements tab.

  3. Select the service agreement you want to update.

  4. Make sure that the new location is added in the Locations and Contracts tab.

  5. Go to the Billing Schedule and Payment Terms tab.

  6. Click Edit next to Billing and Service Addresses and select the correct bill-to customer and service location address.

Coming ST-78: Add covered service locations on an active agreement

You no longer need to create a new agreement to change which locations an active service agreement covers. To add a covered location, open the service agreement, go to the Locations screen, and click Add Locations to add the location you want the agreement to cover.

Note: Creating a separate agreement is now only necessary if you need fundamentally different agreement terms for a location.
