What should I do if my booked jobs are not showing on the Schedule Board calendar?

Problem

Booked jobs are not appearing on the Schedule Board calendar. The Schedule Board appears blank even when jobs are booked.

Solution

Workflows to Resolution

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to Schedule > Calendar.

  2. Check if the job was booked for the correct date and technician. Make sure you entered the job details correctly.

  3. Check the filters on the left side of the screen and make sure you have the right filters selected.

  4. Click Reset next to each filter. This clears filters that might be hiding your jobs. Viewing Schedule Calendar

  5. Check the Schedule Board calendar again. Your booked jobs should now be visible.

If booked jobs disappear in the future, repeat these steps to ensure all filters are reset and all jobs are visible. Filters like View Mode, Business Units, and more can hide parts of the board if they are selected. Resetting removes these filters, showing every part of the board.
