Overview
The Schedule Board calendar displays booked job appointments, recurring jobs, and non-job events. Use the calendar to get a quick overview of your month, week, three-day period, or day.

Things to know
- The Schedule Board is color-coded:
- You can assign technicians a unique color by going to Settings > People > Technicians and then clicking Edit for the technician you want to edit.
- If you group locations into zones, you can assign zones a unique color by going to Settings > Operations > Zones and then clicking Edit for the zone you want to edit.
- If multiple technicians are assigned, then the color of the first technician assigned is used.
- If no technicians are assigned, the color of the location's zone is used.
- If no zone or technician is assigned, the default color is green.
- Hover over a job to see essential details about it.

- Unbooked jobs are orange. Click an unbooked job to book it. You can also click Delete
to dismiss it.
- If a job has more than one technician assigned to it, you see the multiple technician icon. When you hover over the job, you see the names of the technicians.

- When multiple technicians are assigned to a job at the same time, the Schedule Board displays them alphanumerically by technician ID. For example, if two technicians are assigned to a job and their IDs are 133 and 14, the technician with ID 133 is considered assigned first since the first two digits of the ID are lower than the second technician's ID.
Note: If a technician is unassigned and then reassigned, the Schedule Board still displays them as the first technician assigned and applies the technician's color to Schedule Board.
Open the Schedule Board
- Go to the navigation and click Schedule
. - On the screen that opens, click Calendar. The Schedule Board opens.

Note: If you use Adjustable Capacity Planning or Technician Shifts, those tabs are also listed at the top of the Schedule Board. Account configuration is required to use Adjustable Capacity Planning and Technician Shifts. To update your account, please contact Technical Support.
Filter the Schedule Board
You can use a variety of filters to zoom in for a specific day or business unit, or zoom out to see everything your business has scheduled for the next month. After you apply filters, your filter selection remains until you clear or change it. If you sign out and back in to ServiceTitan, any date filters are cleared.
Filter by date
Click month, week, 3 day, or day to change the range of time the Schedule Board shows.

Filter by view mode
Click the View Mode dropdown to select to view the Schedule Board by All, Recurring Service Events, Booked Jobs, or Non-job Appointments.
Note: All non-job events are shown on the Schedule Board calendar, whether they have a timesheet code or not.
Filter by project
Enter a project number in the Project field. This shows you the technicians assigned to a specific project, so you can easily manage them.

Filter by business unit, zones, technicians, and more
In addition to filtering by date, view mode, and project, you can use the following filters: Business Units, Zones, Technicians, Job Classes, Job Types, and Tag Types.

If a job doesn't appear on the schedule board, reset or check the filters.
