How do I change the scheduled end time for job types and job booking?

Problem

Jobs are only being scheduled for a few minutes instead of the correct time frame. The Job Type's duration needs to be corrected under Job Type settings.

Solution

Change Job Type Duration

  1. Go to the navigation bar and click Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. .

  2. In the side panel, go to Operations > Job Types.

  3. Find the job type you need to adjust and click Edit.

  4. Change the Duration field to the correct amount of time. This should be the amount of time the job is expected to last. Change the Duration field to the correct amount of time

  5. Click Save.

By following these steps, you can ensure that each job type is scheduled for the proper amount of time, fixing the issue of jobs only being scheduled for a few minutes.
