Problem
You want to change the billing schedule from quarterly to monthly for a service agreement that has already been activated. When an agreement is activated, certain fields, such as the Scope of Work and start date become locked and cannot be edited.
Solution
After activating a service agreement, the billing schedule cannot be changed. You must create a new service agreement with the desired billing schedule.
Caution: Canceling a Service Agreement takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You can't change the Service Agreement status once it is canceled.
Create a new Service Agreement
Go to the customer profile with the active service agreement.
Go to the Service Agreements tab.
Review the current service agreement details.
Go to the customer profile and click Create New Service Agreement.
Enter the customer's information and service details.
In the Billing Schedule and Payment Terms section set the billing schedule to Monthly.
Review the new agreement for accuracy.
Save and activate the new service agreement.
