Problem

You try to listen to calls on the dashboard to classify them, but there's no sound. Your speakers work well for other tasks. The sound works after classifying the calls, but not before.

Solution

Ensure the correct audio device and volume settings, reboot your computer, test the speakers with another application, clear your browser's cache, and log back into ServiceTitan to listen to a call.

Note: Listening to call recordings may vary by package. If you're unsure about call recording access, reach out to your success manager for confirmation and support.

Test your speakers

  1. Ensure the correct audio device is listed and selected.

  2. Check your speaker volume. Make sure it's turned up and not muted.

  3. Reboot the computer.

  4. Test your speakers. Play a sound or video from another application to confirm they work.

Clear your browser's cache

  1. On your computer, open Google Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More and then Delete browsing data.
    A new window opens.

  3. Select the Advanced tab.

  4. From the Time range dropdown, select All time.

  5. Select Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

  6. Click Delete data.

Log back into ServiceTitan

  1. After clearing the cache, close your browser.

  2. Reopen your browser and log back into ServiceTitan.

  3. Try to listen to a call through the dashboard again.
