Problem
Technicians want to know if they can edit or add forms on an estimate after a job is sold in the ServiceTitan Mobile app.
Solution
Set technician form permissions
Technicians can view forms and duplicate them if they have the relevant permissions. For more, see Set permissions for an individual employee or technician.
Note: Technicians can't edit forms after a job is sold whether in the Follow Up tab within an Opportunity or in the History tab of the ServiceTitan Mobile app.
