Problem
You have two estimates in separate projects and need to merge them into one job.
Solution
To merge two estimates from separate jobs into one job, follow these steps:
Book one of the estimates into a job. This creates a job in ServiceTitan.
Go to the job you created.
From the Job Actions dropdown, select Detach from project.
After detaching the job, go to the project that contains the second estimate.
In the Jobs and Appointments section, click Attach Existing Job.
Attach the job you detached from its project in Step 3.
Now that the job is in the correct project, go to the second estimate.
Instead of booking this estimate as a new job, choose the option to add it to an existing job.
Note: If you don't see the option to book into an existing job, try refreshing the page or opening ServiceTitan in a new tab.
Select the job created from the first estimate.
