Problem
Estimates cannot be created or booked directly from an external website into ServiceTitan. They must be made within ServiceTitan to be properly reflected and utilized.
Solution
Make sure that estimates are created by a web developer are properly integrated into ServiceTitan, maintaining accurate records and workflow.
Build and sell estimates in ServiceTitan Mobile
Open the ServiceTitan Mobile app.
Go to the job where you want to add an estimate.
Tap Estimates.
Select Add Estimate to create a new one.
Fill in the estimate details, including services and prices.
When finished tap Save to keep the estimate.
To sell the estimate, select it from the list and follow the prompts to complete the sale.
Create an estimate on an invoice from the office
Log in to your ServiceTitan account from a computer.
Go to the Dashboard and find the job you want to add an estimate to.
Click the job to open its details.
Find the Invoices section and select the invoice you want to add an estimate to.
Click Add Estimate within the invoice.
Enter the necessary information for the estimate, such as services and pricing.
Save the estimate by clicking Save or Submit, depending on your workflow.
Book sold estimate items into existing jobs
Access your ServiceTitan account.
Navigate to the job that has the sold estimate.
Go to the Estimates tab within the job's details.
Find the sold estimate and select Book Items or a similar option.
Follow the prompts to book the items into the job, adjusting quantities and details as needed.
Confirm the booking to finalize adding the sold estimate items to the job.
