Overview
Use the Notice to Proceed workflow in the ServiceTitan Mobile App to complete key GoodLeap tasks directly within ServiceTitan, eliminating the need to switch between platforms.
You can upload stipulations (stips), add project details, and attach Home Improvement Contracts (HIC). This workflow streamlines your process, reduces platform switching, and helps you move GoodLeap applications forward more efficiently.

Feature configuration
This feature requires integration with GoodLeap. Contact Technical Support for details.
Submit a change order
If the application status is Approved or Conditionally approved, you can tap Create Change Order.
Enter a new loan amount, if applicable.
Choose a new plan by clicking edit plan, if applicable.
Note: Plan availability is determined by the custom rules and plans set in settings.
When finished, tap Submit.
Note: New loan docs will automatically be sent to the customer. Change order can be submitted up until loan details are verified.

Upload stipulations or conditions
If stips or conditions are available, you will be directed to upload conditions.
Click Upload Conditions to open a GoodLeap hosted platform to upload all required conditions.
When finished, the status of the task will be marked complete.

Upload home improvement contract (HIC)
If a HIC is required, you will be directed to upload pictures of the contract.
Tap Upload HIC.
Tap Take Photos.
Take a photo of each page of the contract and upload it all at once.
Note: You can delete a picture by clicking the trash icon.
Click upload to send all of the images at once.
When finished and approved, the status of the task will be marked as completed.

Add Project Info
If adding project info is required, you will be directed to enter it.
Tap Add Project Info.
Select the primary project you installed from the drop down menu.
If applicable, add any additional projects by adding in the additional projects drop down menu.
Enter all required information in the project form.
When finished, tap Submit. The status of the task will be marked as completed.

Finalize loan details
If adding project info is required, you will be directed to enter it.
When all previous tasks are completed, you can finalize loan details.
Note: This will be your last chance to make any changes to the loan. You can do this by clicking create change order on the finalize loan details page or Application Details page.
Confirm the information and tap Submit.
When finished, the status of the task will be marked as completed.
