Overview
When setting up GoodLeap loan options in ServiceTitan, technicians and office employees can offer financing to customers by emailing a link to their estimates in an online portal. In the portal, customers can choose from available financing plans and apply for a GoodLeap loan. They can enter a loan amount to view the corresponding monthly payments for the available plans, which also determines their eligibility for specific plans.

Online estimates workflow for GoodLeap financing
When your customer receives and opens an online estimate, they have the option to apply for GoodLeap financing directly from the Online Estimates Portal.
Send an estimate email to a customer, which includes an estimates link to the Online Estimates Portal.
When the customer clicks the estimates link, the portal opens, showing their estimates.
Note: Customers can click the As Low As link to view the payment and plan details. They can also choose to accept an estimate by clicking Accept Now. For more, see Use Online Estimates.
When a customer clicks Apply now, the Apply For Financing screen opens.

The customer enters information to determine their loan amount and clicks Show Available Plans. The available plans displayed are based on the information entered.

The customer selects a plan and then clicks Start Application. A GoodLeap web page opens in a new tab for the customer to complete.

On the GoodLeap web page, the customer completes the GoodLeap financing application and their information is submitted for a credit check.
After GoodLeap processes the loan application, one of the following loan decisions is returned to the customer, which can take a few minutes depending on the internet connection.
Approved: The loan was approved and can be used immediately.
Conditionally Approved: The loan was conditionally approved but additional information is required before continuing the decision process.
Approved with Stipulations: The loan was approved but additional information is required before receiving funding.
Declined: The loan was declined. For guidance on how to get the loan approved, please contact GoodLeap.
Pending: There is a freeze on one or more of the credit bureaus. An email is sent to the customer with instructions on how to unfreeze the accounts and next steps once unfrozen.
Counter Offer: The customer is approved for a plan that's different from the one they originally applied for. This loan can be used immediately.
If the customer receives an approved status, they are sent an email with access to sign their loan documents.
