Use GoodLeap Custom Financing in ServiceTitan Mobile

Overview

Built right into ServiceTitan, this financing integration allows you to offer GoodLeap financing plans, submit an application, and receive a fast decision directly in the ServiceTitan Mobile app. This lets you control the loan options you offer your customers for specific jobs and automate the financing experience altogether for your team.

Apply for GoodLeap Custom Financing in mobile app

When the office has set up financing rules in ServiceTitan, you can start offering these options to your customers for specific jobs using the mobile app.

  1. In Dashboard > Overview, tap View Current Job.

  2. In the side menu, tap Estimates.

  3. Tap Apply for Financing

  4. Tap Apply Now for GoodLeap.        

    Note: On the estimate presentation screen, when the estimate's price increases, the selected financing plan updates as higher financing tiers are unlocked.

  5. Enter the Sale Amount and Down Payment and tap Calculate Plans. GoodLeap Financing opens to the custom financing plans set by your administrator in ServiceTitan. 

  6. Tap the plan you want. If the customer wants to opt-in to Autopay, tap Pay with Autopay.

  7. Tap Start Application to fill out the application in the mobile app. 

  8. Enter the job's service address. Under Is this property a mobile/manufactured home? tap Yes or No

  9. Tap Continue.

  10. Enter the customer's personal information. 

  11. Select an answer for each question and tap Continue.        

    Note: If you select Yes under Is there a co-applicant? repeat steps 10–11 for the co-applicant.

     

  12. Have the customer read GoodLeap's disclaimers and provide their signature. 

  13. Tap Continue.

  14. Review the application. 

  15. When you're finished, tap Submit

  16. Once the application is complete, you receive a decision automatically:        

    1. Approved

    2. Approved with conditions
      The customer will be sent an email to upload the stipulation documents. These must be provided before continuing the funding process.        

      Note: You can click Check Status to see the latest upload status of the conditions.

    3. Conditionally approved
      The customer will be sent an email to upload the condition documents. These must be provided before continuing the decision process.

    4. Declined

    5. Pending

  17. If the application has been approved with a counteroffer, show the customer the new terms. If they want to proceed with the new offer, tap Accept Offer

Email GoodLeap Custom Financing application in mobile app

Once the office has set up financing rules in ServiceTitan, you can email GoodLeap financing applications to your customers. This allows your customer to complete the financing application process on their own device.

  1. In Dashboard > Overview, tap View Current Job.

  2. In the side menu, tap Estimates.

  3. Tap Apply for Financing

  4. Tap Apply Now for GoodLeap.

  5. Enter the Sale Amount and Down Payment and tap Calculate Plans. GoodLeap Financing opens to the custom financing plans set by your administrator in ServiceTitan. 

  6. Tap the plan you want. If the customer wants to opt-in to Autopay, tap Pay with Autopay.

  7. Tap Email Application to Customer

  8. Enter the customer's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address

  9. When you're finished, tap Send Application and then tap Exit on the confirmation screen. 

  10. Once the application is complete, you receive a decision automatically:        

    1. Approved

    2. Approved with conditions

Create a change order

If the customer was approved for more than they requested on a new GoodLeap loan application, or if they want to choose a new plan after submitting, you can create a change order in the mobile app.

  1. In Dashboard > Overview, tap View Current Job.

  2. In the side menu, tap Estimates.

  3. On the screen that opens, tap Apply for Financing.        

    Note: On the estimate presentation screen, when the estimate's price increases, the selected financing plan updates as higher financing tiers are unlocked.

  4. If the status is Approved or Conditionally Approved, you can tap Create Change Order

  5. Enter a new loan amount, if applicable.

  6. Choose a new plan from the Select Plan dropdown, if applicable.        

    Note: Changing the loan amount or plan also changes the estimated monthly payments.

  7. When finished, tap Next

  8. Review your changes then tap Confirm Change Order
