Set up general ledger accounts

Set up general ledger (GL) accounts and map them to your pricebook items so you can synchronize ServiceTitan smoothly with your GL accounting workflow.


Who uses this feature

  • Administrators, office employees, managers, accountants, and bookkeepers

  • Applies to all business types

  • Account configuration is required to use this feature. Please contact Technical Support for details.

Things to know

Create a general ledger account in ServiceTitan

  1. Go to the top toolbar, click Settings .

  2. In side panel, go to Accounting > General Ledger Accounts.

  3. Click Add Account to create a new account.

  4. In the Name field, enter a name for the account.

  5. In the Number field, you have the option to enter an account number. Otherwise, skip to the next step.

  6. From the Type dropdown, select a GL account type.

  7. From the Subtype dropdown, select an account subtype.

  8. When you’re done, click Save.
