How do I fix missing dates in the Last Job Completed column of the Customer List report?

Problem

The Last Job Completed column shows N/A instead of actual completion dates. This happens when business unit filters limit the data displayed.

Solution

Workflow Summary

Clear the business unit filter in your Customer List report. This will show all job completion dates.

Clear the Business Unit filter

The business unit filter only shows job completion dates for jobs within that specific business unit. Clearing the filter allows all completed jobs to appear in the column.

  1. Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.

  2. Use the Search field to look up the Customer List report. 

  3. Click the X on the Business Unit filter to remove all selected BUs.

  4. Click Run Report to run the report again.

  5. Check that the Last Job Completed column now shows actual dates.
