Things to know
Some features are available in Field Pro, while others are integrated into the ServiceTitan mobile apps. For more, see Field Pro features available on mobile.
Microphone access is required for Field Pro to record conversations. The app will prompt you when you first launch it.
Field Pro should only be installed on one device per technician. Installing it on multiple devices and recording the same job from more than one device simultaneously is not supported and can cause incomplete or duplicate recordings.
Recordings upload to the cloud and do not permanently occupy storage space on your device. They are removed from the device after syncing.
Step 1: Download the Field Pro app
Field Pro is a free download available on both iOS and Android.
On your mobile device, open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for ServiceTitan Field Pro (formerly known as ServiceTitan Sales Pro).
Android: Download on Google Play
Tap Get (iOS) or Install (Android) and wait for the download to complete.

Step 2: Sign in to the Field Pro app
Open the Field Pro app on your device.
If this is your first time using the app, tap Create Account.
Tap Log In.

Enter your email address and password provided by your Pro Product Specialist during onboarding, then tap Log In. Use the same email address you use to log in to ServiceTitan. Using a different email will break the connection between your Field Pro profile and your jobs.
Note: If you can't find your credentials, tap Reset Password and follow the steps below.
Reset your password
Enter the email address you use to log in to the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App or ServiceTitan Mobile and tap Reset Password.

Check your inbox for a reset email and tap the link. The link expires after 15 minutes.

Enter a new password and tap Save. Your password must:
Be at least 12 characters long.
Include at least one non-alphanumeric character (such as !, @, or #).
Note: If you still can't log in after resetting your password, ask an administrator to confirm your account is active in Field Pro.
Step 3: Enable microphone permissions for the Field Pro app
Microphone access is required for Field Pro to record conversations. The app will prompt you when you first launch it.
When the permission prompt appears, tap Allow.

If you missed or denied the prompt, enable microphone access manually in your device settings:
iOS: Settings > Field Pro > Microphone > toggle On.

Android: Settings > Apps > Field Pro > Permissions > Microphone > Allow.
Caution: If microphone access is not enabled, the Field Pro app cannot record conversations. Recording will fail silently without this permission in place.
Step 4: Adjust settings in the Field Pro app
Tap Menu
, then tap Settings.
At the top of the Settings screen that opens, you can see your Account details, including your name, email, phone number, member team, and company.
Adjust the following as needed:
Automatically Use Battery Saver Mode: Toggle on if you experience higher-than-expected battery drain. Use the slider to set the activation threshold. It defaults to 20%.
Note: When active, Field Pro refreshes data less often, so screens may take longer to load.
Multi-language mode: Toggle on to let Field Pro automatically detect and transcribe conversations in languages other than English.
Tap Reset Password to update your password. For the steps, see Reset your password section.

Tap Logout to sign out of the app.
Caution: The Danger Zone section at the bottom of Settings contains irreversible account actions. Do not tap options in this section unless instructed by your Pro Product Specialist or an admin.
