Displaying Labor Pay on Invoice Layout

Problem

You want to display labor pay on the invoice layout in ServiceTitan. Currently, labor pay is only displayed on the Job Costing screen and not on the main invoice layout.

Solution

1. Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook. The Services screen opens.

2. Click +Add Service.

3. Set up a service task for labor.

4. Add the labor service task to the invoice.

5. Set the price of the labor service task to $0.

6. Include the hours of labor in the description of the labor service task.

7. Print the invoice to display the labor pay.

Note: If labor pay is already being recorded in job costing, then a service task can be used to display labor pay on the invoice. There are no other ways to allow labor pay to show on the printed invoice.
