Some employees are unable to see call transcripts in Dialpad.

Check your role in Dialpad. You need to be an admin to see call transcripts.

Check your access level

  1. In ServiceTitan, go to Settings A simple icon representing a settings gear. > Phones Pro > Account Setup.

  2. View the list of employees and their roles.

  3. To grant Dialpad administrative access, in the Admin Access column, click Yes.
