Things to know
Deleting a contact record removes its association with any customer or location records and also permanently removes the record and its contact data from ServiceTitan. Deleting a contact can’t be undone.
Deactivating a contact keeps the record intact while moving it to an inactive state. Deactivated contacts retain associations with important records like invoices and maintain their relationships with all entities.
You can reactivate deactivated contacts at any time from Contact Hub > Inactive tab. Reactivated contacts reappear on any previously associated customer or location records.
