Things to know

  • Deleting a contact record removes its association with any customer or location records and also permanently removes the record and its contact data from ServiceTitan. Deleting a contact can’t be undone.

  • Deactivating a contact keeps the record intact while moving it to an inactive state. Deactivated contacts retain associations with important records like invoices and maintain their relationships with all entities.

  • You can reactivate deactivated contacts at any time from Contact Hub > Inactive tab. Reactivated contacts reappear on any previously associated customer or location records.
