How to Change Completion Date and Time of a Completed Job with a Pending Invoice

Problem

The completion date and time of a completed job with a pending invoice is incorrect. You want to update the invoice to reflect the correct completion date and time.

Solution

  1. Search for and go to the invoice with the incorrect job completion date and time.

  2. On the invoice record, click Update invoice details.

  3. On the Update Invoice Details screen, edit the Date Completed and Time Completed fields.

  4. When finished, click Save.
