Can memberships be set to expire automatically upon completion of the last recurring service event?

Problem

Memberships cannot be set to automatically expire after the last RSE is completed. However, you can manually set the membership as expired for customers.

Solution

Memberships cannot be set to automatically expire after the last RSE is completed, but you can manually change a customer's membership status to Expired.

Set membership status as expired for a customer

  1. Search for the customer that has the membership you want to set as expired.        

    Tip: Filter for customers with an Active member status to limit your search results.

  2. Click the customer in the list of results.

  3. Select the Membership you want to set as expired.

  4. Click Edit .

  5. Change the Status from Active to Expired.

  6. Click Save to save your changes.

Remember, there is no automatic way to expire memberships after the last RSE. You must manually end the membership.
