Problem
A user needs to know if they can transfer customer memberships from one customer to another, and how to do it.
Solution
Note: This feature must be enabled by your Success Manager at ServiceTitan before you can use it.
Contact your Success Manager at ServiceTitan and request that they enable the Transfer membership feature.
Your Success Manager will guide you through the process of enabling this feature.
After the feature is enabled, start transferring memberships between customers by editing the customer membership and clicking Transfer Membership at the bottom of the edit screen.
Caution: Do not transfer memberships that are set up to have deferred revenue.
