You need to see which members haven't had a specific Recurring Service.
Solution
Using the Follow-Up tab:
Go to the Follow Up tab.
Select Recurring service events from the left panel.
Choose the needed recurring service from the Recurring Service filter dropdown.
You will see all members that did not have their recurring service completed.
Using the Location Recurring Service with Invoice template Details report:
Go to Reports.
Find the report called Location Recurring Service With Invoice Template Details.
Under the Recurring service type filter, select the recurring service in question.
Under the Status column, you will find the Not attemptedRecurring services.
