Problem
When one of the campaign targets is changed or deactivated, you may need to update the associated filter in the campaign's audience.
To update email campaigns, pause the campaign, edit the audience, and then restart it.
To update SMS or direct mail campaigns, you must create a new campaign and then update the audience. You cannot pause these campaign types.
Solution
Note: These troubleshooting steps are for Marketing Pro v1. For Marketing Pro V2, see Schedule, stop, and resume Marketing Pro campaigns.

Update audience for SMS or direct mail campaigns
You cannot pause an SMS or direct mail campaign. Instead, you'll need to create a new campaign to update the audience. A quick way to do this is to clone the original campaign.
Go to Marketing
> Pro Campaigns. For the campaign you need to update, click More
> Clone.Click Edit in the Audience step of the clone.
Next to the original audience, click More
> Clone and then Continue.Update the audience filters in the cloned audience to reflect the new zone information or requirements, and then click Continue.
Select your new cloned audience on the Select Audience step, and click Apply Audience.
Make any other needed changes.
When finished, schedule the new campaign.
Return to the Pro Campaigns screen.
For the original campaign you cloned, stop it if it's still live, and then click More
> Archive to avoid running both campaigns at the same time.
