Things to know
You must configure the email and SMS settings for your default brand to use all the features available in Marketing Pro. If you need to finish these settings later, you can click Complete Later and come back to them.
When you first start using Marketing Pro, your account will be in a warmup period. This helps establish the email reputation of your business and reduces the likelihood of your messages being labeled as spam. While your account is warming up:
The number of marketing messages that you can send each day is limited.
Each day, you can send more email messages than the day before.
If you schedule a campaign that would send more messages than allowed by the daily limit, emails that exceed the limit will be sent the following day.
Set up Marketing Pro
Go to the navigation bar and click Marketing
.Click Let's Set It Up.

On the Welcome pop-up that opens, review the information then click Get Started.

Review the information on the Setup Default Brand & Configure Email screen then click Begin Setup.

You can set up Marketing Pro in three steps:
Add default brand: Provide the brand details and trades for your company's default brand.
Configure email settings for default brand: Configure the email settings for your default brand, such as the sender details and footer.
Configure SMS settings for default brand: Complete the marketing registration process for your default brand to enable marketing SMS features.
Step 1: Add default brand
A brand represents a part of your company. For example, you might operate multiple brands offering the same service but with unique branding.
To add a default brand:
On the Add Default Brand screen that opens after clicking Begin Setup, provide the following Brand Details:
Brand Name: The brand name that you want to appear on campaigns.
Tagline/Slogan: The brand tagline or slogan that you want to appear on campaigns.
Brand Email: The brand email address that you want to appear on campaigns.
Street Address, Suite, City, State, and Zip Code: The brand address.
Note: Address field names may differ depending on your county. For example, those in the United States see the Zip Code and State fields and those in Canada see the Postal Code and Province fields.
Year Established: The year the brand was established.
Company Logo: Upload your logo. Acceptable file types include PNG, JPG, SVG, and JPEG. Logos can be any size, but you'll get the best results if your logo is at least 180 x 180 pixels.
Tip: You can download, delete, or replace the logo.
In the Select Trades section, select each trade that applies to the brand.
Note: New email templates are periodically added for each trade you select. If none of the trades match your business or you'd like access to all available templates, we recommend selecting all trades.
When finished, click Next.
On the Brand Added pop-up that opens, click Configure Email to configure the email settings for your default brand.

Step 2: Configure email settings for default brand
Configure the email settings for your default brand, like the sender information and footer. These settings define how emails sent from your marketing campaigns appear to recipients.
To configure email settings:
In the Sender section, enter the sender information for your outgoing marketing emails. This includes:
Sender Name: The sender's name. For example, John Doe.
Sender Domain: The web subdomain of your brand. The outgoing marketing emails you send to customers are sent from the information you enter in the Sender Domain field plus domain.com. For example, nexttenant.service(domain).com.
Sender Email: The email address you want marketing content to originate from. After you enter the sender's email address, the sender's domain is added automatically. For example, john.doe@SenderDomain.PartnerDomain.com.
Note: If you choose different sender details when building a new marketing campaign, the new information overrides the information entered in this section.
In the Reply-To section, enter the email address where you want to receive the replies to your marketing content.

In the Footer section, enter the details that appear in your marketing emails' footer. This includes:
Legal Copy: Enter any legal information about your brand that you want to include in your marketing content, such as disclaimer information or links to any relevant customer or license agreements.
LIC #: Enter your skilled trade license number.
Copyright Text: Enter copyright information for your company.

When finished, click Finish.
On the Email Configured pop-up that opens, click Configure SMS.

Step 3: Configure SMS settings for default brand
To send marketing text messages to customers, you must first submit your Marketing Registration to The Campaign Registry (TCR).
Note: You must register for texting with TCR before you can submit your Marketing Registration. For more, see Register your business for SMS and MMS delivery.
The Employer Identification Number (EIN), Business Information, and Business Identifiers and Stock details sections populate automatically with the information you submitted when registering for texting. If you need to update this information, contact Technical Support for assistance.
In the Messaging Usage Details section, enter your SMS Objective. Clearly explain how you plan to use marketing SMS messages, detailing your purpose and the type of messages you intend to send. Make sure the description is appropriate and realistic for your brand.

Provide two unique sample messages that reflect the type of messages you plan to send. When providing your sample messages, keep the following in mind:
Remember to include opt-out language at the end of the messages. By default, ServiceTitan appends Text STOP to opt-out to the end of every message. You should include this in your sample messages.
If you regularly include links or phone numbers in your messages, include the most common link and phone number in a sample message. Make sure to use real URLs and phone numbers and not placeholders.
When finished with the Messaging Usage Details, click Next.
In the Terms & Conditions section that opens, confirm you agree to the terms and that the information provided is accurate then click Submit.
On the Submit for Registration pop-up that opens, confirm you want to submit your marketing registration.
Note: Your marketing registration can take up to two weeks to be approved. During this time, a Registration in Progress tag is shown on the Marketing Registration screen. After your registration is approved, the tag updates to Registered.
On the pop-up that opens, click Done to finish the initial setup of Marketing Pro.
