Overview

Use the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App to call customers and add customer contact information. This helps you streamline your job workflows and keep customer information up-to-date.

  • The Field Mobile App is optimized for iOS, iPadOS, and Android phones and tablets. For more, see System requirements and mobile app information.

  • If you're using the Field Mobile App and need support, please contact (through the office) or reach out directly to support@servicetitan.com.

  • Listen to Call Recording (mobile) permission is required to listen to calls from customers. Please contact the account administrator on your team.

Call customers from the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App

Make sure to call customers using the Field Mobile App. Do not dial the number from your phone. Direct calls from your phone are not recorded or attached to the customer record.

Tip: If the video doesn't play in full screen, tap More then Fit Screen .

Commercial businesses

Residential businesses

To call a customer from the Field Mobile App:

  1. Open the job and tap Contact .

  2. If it pops up, read the Permission Required message then tap Agree.

  3. Tap Ok or Call Customer, depending on what the pop-up shows.

    Note: If your company set up phone integration, a number calls you after you tap Ok or Call Customer. Answer it to connect with the customer. ServiceTitan uses the phone number in your technician profile from the office to call you. If you don't have one there, you're prompted to add a phone number.

Add customer contact information using the Field Mobile App

  1. Open the job.

  2. On the Job tab, scroll to the Location section and tap the Location Name to open it.

  3. Tap the Contacts tab.

  4. Tap Add Contact (iOS) or (Android).

  5. Enter the contact details then select whether the contact information should be saved to the Customer record, Location record, or both. Contact methods section showing options to add phone and email details.

  6. When finished, tap Save.
