To allow employees to view the Call Center Performance by CSR report, grant them permission to access the Office Performance report template. Grant permission to view the Office Performance report template

  1. In the navigation bar go to Settings .

  2. In the side panel, go to Operations > Reporting Settings.

  3. On the Dashboard and Reporting Settings screen that opens, click the Reporting Permissions tab.

  4. Click Edit for the employee or role that needs to be able to view the Call Center Performance by CSR report.

  5. Scroll down to find the Office Performance report template.

  6. Click View to grant the employee or role permission to view reports that use that template.

  7. Click Edit to grant the employee or role permission to edit the reports that use that template.

  8. When finished, click Save.

Now, your employee can view the Call Center Performance by CSR report.
