technician-requested-appointment-reportIntroduction
To track technician-requested appointments, create a custom report in ServiceTitan. Search for the Appointments report, add the Requests for Additional Appts column, and filter for values greater than 0. If you don't have custom reporting, use the Dispatch Board to view appointment requests.
Problem
ServiceTitan does not have a specific report for technician-requested appointments.
Solution
Create a custom report
If you have access to custom reporting, you can create a custom report with this information.
Go to Reports in the main navigation menu.
In the search bar, search for and select the Appointments report.
In the Appointments report that loads, click Edit Columns.
In Edit Columns, search for and select Requests for Additional Appts. Then click Apply.
Set your filters and click Run Report.
In the Requests for Additional Appts column, filter for Is greater than 0.

The report updates, showing all appointments that were requested by a technician.
To view the technician who requested the appointment, drill down into the Requests for Additional Appts column. The technician who requested the appointment is listed under the Technician column.

Use the Dispatch board
If you don’t have access to custom reporting, you can use the Dispatch board to look for technician-requested appointments.
Go to Dispatch in the main navigation menu.
On the Dispatch Board, you can view technician additional requests. These are appointments that technicians have asked for.
Use the filters to see requests for a specific time period.
When a technician requests an appointment, the message appears in the sidebar of the Dispatch Board. The appointment bubble is outlined in red, and an alert with a red appointment request tag appears in the Alerts Tray.
