What is the process for generating a report that shows customer credits in ServiceTitan?

Introduction

To generate a report for customer credits in ServiceTitan, go to the Reports tab and search for the AR Transactions By Customer report. Click Edit Columns, search for the Credit column, and add it to your report. Save your changes and run the report to view customer credits.

Use Reporting

1. Go to the Reports  in the main navigation menu.

2. Search for and open the AR Transactions By Customer report.

3. Click Edit Columns.

4. Search for the Credit column.

5. Add the Credit column to your report.

6. Save your changes.

7. Run the report to see customer credits.
