Overview
Scheduling Pro automatically recognizes when a customer has a recurring service and allows them to book it through the online scheduler. This reduces the need for office staff to manually follow up. After booking, ServiceTitan marks the recurring service event as complete and links it to the invoice, eliminating additional manual steps.

You must have Scheduling Pro set up and active on your account.
Recurring service types must already be configured in ServiceTitan and associated with memberships. For more, see Create and edit recurring service types.
Things to know
Customers must have an existing recurring service tied to their service location for the prompt to appear during booking.
Enable recurring services in your scheduler
Before customers can book recurring service appointments through Scheduling Pro, turn on the recurring services toggle in your scheduler settings.
In ServiceTitan, go to the navigation bar and click Settings
.In the side panel, click Integrations > Marketing Integrations.
On the Marketing Integrations screen that opens, click Edit next to Scheduling Pro.

Within WorkConnect, click More
> Edit on your scheduler.From your Scheduler, edit the Services Offered section.
From your scheduler, edit the Membership section and click the Recurring Services tab.

Turn on the Enable Recurring Services toggle.
When finished, click Save.
After enabling, the scheduler automatically surfaces the recurring service prompt for eligible customers.
How customers book a recurring service appointment
When a customer with an existing recurring service visits your Scheduling Pro scheduler, they are prompted to book as a recurring service rather than a one-time appointment.
The customer opens your Scheduling Pro scheduler and selects a service type, for example: Pest Control.
The customer selects an available appointment time.
The customer enters their contact information and service address.

After the customer goes through the web scheduler to book the job, Scheduling Pro checks their account for any associated recurring services.Note: They need to be an existing customer in your account.
If a recurring service is found, a prompt appears.
In Scheduling Pro Workconnect, this feature can be disabled and automatically book the job as a recurring service appointment.
The customer clicks Book Recurring.
A Recurring Service line appears in the booking summary under Contact Info.
The customer reviews the terms and clicks Finish Booking.
The appointment is booked directly into ServiceTitan.
Review a recurring service booking in ServiceTitan
After a customer books a recurring service appointment through Scheduling Pro, the job appears on your Dispatch Board and includes new details that confirm the recurring service was captured and automatically processed.
View the job on the Dispatch Board
Go to the Dispatch Board and locate the job by the Received date column on the table.

Click into the job to open the job record.
In the job record, you will see two new additions:In Job summary: Customer Booked an Existing Recurring Service — [Service Name]
Under Recurring Service Events: The corresponding recurring service event for that date is automatically marked as complete, and shows Mark as incomplete.
Note: When the event is marked complete, it is automatically tied to the invoice—no manual update is required.
To confirm the event has been removed from the follow-up queue, go to Follow Ups > Recurring Service Events. The completed event will no longer appear in the list.
