Problem
The blue checkmark button
isn't working when adding the category from ServiceTitan pricebook.
Solution
Resolve the issue with the blue checkmark button when adding equipment to your ServiceTitan pricebook.
Check if the equipment item is active
Go to the navigation bar and click Pricebook.
In the side menu, click Catalogs.
Select the ServiceTitan Pricebook catalog.
Select the equipment category.
Review the list of items or equipment pieces in the category.
Check if any item is marked as inactive.
Click the item you want to activate.
Change the status to active.
After activating an item, try using the blue checkmark button
again. It should now work.
Tip: If items aren't showing as active, wait for the catalog to sync, which may take up to 24 hours. When synced, the item status updates and the blue checkmark appears.
