Overview
After you create an estimate, you can add rebates to it. This allows your customer to consider the rebate amount when reviewing the estimate.

The following permissions are required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Add Estimate and Invoice Item: Add items to estimates.
View Total Price and View item prices: View total and item prices on estimates.
Edit Estimate Name And Summary: Change estimate names and add summaries to estimates.
Delete Estimate: Delete estimates.
Things to know
The names of certain screens, tabs, and so on may be different based on your selection in Menu
> Settings. For more, see Show Residential or Commercial terms in the ServiceTitan Field Mobile App.
Add rebates to an estimate in the Field Mobile App
Note: Make sure you're able to provide the customer with any related rebate forms.
Open your job and:
If your default terminology is set to Residential, tap the Estimates tab.
If your default terminology is set to Commercial, tap the Proposals tab.
Open the estimate you want to add a rebate to.
Tap Add next to Rebates.

Note: If there are already rebates, tap View All > Add to add more.
Enter the Rebate Title, as you want it to appear on the estimate.
Enter the Rebate Amount, including additional text if needed. For example, $50 or up to $100.
Note: The rebate amount does not affect the estimate or invoice subtotal.
When finished, tap Add.

The rebate amount is shown when you present the estimate to the customer and tap it to open it for more details.
