Enhancements and Fixes

  • [Android] Tap-to-Pay is back on Android—technicians can collect contactless payments and see updated totals on screen immediately after a transaction.

  • [Android & iOS] The Add Payment screen now opens to the card Reader tab by default, making it easier to route customers toward the lower-fee payment option.

  • [Android & iOS] Technicians now see clear, actionable error messages when Tap-to-Pay fails to start, and can identify saved cards at a glance with card issuer labels (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).

  • [Android & iOS] Financing options now appear correctly across all estimates on a proposal.

  • [Android] Technicians with the View material costs permission can now see equipment and material Cost and Price side-by-side after tapping View Items on the Estimate or Invoice screen. Markup is calculated automatically.

  • [iOS] Technicians can now enter negative quantities when adding Pricebook items to estimates and invoices. This allows technicians to handle credits, corrections, and returns without leaving the app.

  • [iOS] Items can now be added to estimates through the Opportunities workflow, including after duplicating an estimate and clearing its existing items.

  • [iOS] Add-on task pricing now applies correctly when an estimate item is converted to an add-on.

  • [Android] AI-generated estimate summaries now display as clean, readable text.

  • [Android & iOS] Required forms can no longer be bypassed during rescheduling, and PDF forms are now correctly marked complete in the closeout flow.

  • [iOS] Conditional fields display correctly from the moment a form is opened, form duplication no longer occurs, and business unit selections persist between sessions.

  • [iOS] The arrival form now automatically presents when a technician arrives at a job.

  • [Android & iOS] Dispatch, Arrive, and other job action buttons now work as expected across all job states, including jobs scheduled for prior days.

  • [Android] Technicians can now view and select from the full list of customer locations when booking a job.

  • [iOS] Field Pro recording sessions tied to inactive jobs can now be stopped correctly.

  • [Android & iOS] Photos, videos, and other job media now upload and persist reliably, even when the device goes offline during or after upload.

  • [Android & iOS] Field Pro and SalesPro recordings now save and run without interruption.

  • [Android & iOS] Location tracking is now consistent across both platforms, with smarter GPS precision management that extends battery life during long job sessions.

  • [Android] Pricebook load times and background data usage have been optimized for a faster, more responsive experience.

  • [Android & iOS] Stability improvements across camera and photo capture, Pricebook browsing, Timesheets, forms, and general navigation.

  • [Android & iOS] Buttons throughout the app—including invoice and estimate line item actions, back navigation, and the payment error dialog—now display and respond correctly in all contexts.

  • [iOS] Display inconsistencies have been corrected, including the Timesheet layout, scorecard NPS labels, and the Equipment System tab appearing for accounts where the feature is not enabled.

  • [iOS] Technicians can now complete barcode and serial number scans without the lookup getting stuck.
