Using our Release Hub

Overview

The Release Hub is your centralized destination for everything related to ServiceTitan releases. Rather than a single document covering all updates, the Release Hub organizes release notes by product area so you can quickly find the information most relevant to your business.

Note: Fixes are deployed on an ongoing basis behind the scenes, so not all bug fixes will be highlighted in the Release Hub.

What you'll find in the Release Hub

The Release Hub brings together all release information in one place. From the hub, you can access the following:

  • Upcoming Release — A preview of what's coming in the next release. This helps you and your team plan ahead and prepare for changes before they go live.

  • Current Release — The release notes for the version you're currently using, including new features, improvements, and fixes.

  • Previous Release — Release notes from the prior version, available for historical reference.

How the Release Hub is organized

Each release in the hub is organized by product area (for example, Core Products, Pro Products, Early Access). This lets you jump directly to the sections that matter most to your role or business type, rather than scrolling through a single long document.

Within each product area, you'll find release notes grouped by type:

  • Highlights — The most impactful changes in the release.

  • New — Brand-new features and capabilities.

  • Improvements — Enhancements to existing features.

  • Fixes — Resolved issues and bug fixes.

Industry-specific release notes

The Release Hub includes dedicated sections for specific industries, such as Commercial Construction and Residential Service and Replacement. These release notes are tailored to only include updates that impact the industry, with examples of how each feature update works within that industry's workflows.

Videos and additional resources

Release notes for major workflow-impacting items and new features include highlights and videos that demonstrate the changes in action. Other items are accompanied by screenshots or GIFs to illustrate the update. You'll also find links to:

  • Knowledge Base articles with detailed information about each change

  • ServiceTitan Academy courses for in-depth training

  • Direct links into the ServiceTitan application where you can see the change firsthand

Testing upcoming features in Next

When a release is in the upcoming stage, you can test new features in the ServiceTitan Next environment before they go live in your production account. This gives you a chance to explore changes, adjust your workflows, and prepare your team ahead of the official release date.

Tip: Links to the application in upcoming release notes will point to the Next environment. Once the release goes live, these links will update to point to your production environment.

Release naming

Releases follow a seasonal naming convention that includes the season, year, and version number. For example, "Winter 2026 Release (ST-76)" is a seasonal release, and "ST-76.1" is a minor release within that cycle. Minor releases primarily address fixes and smaller improvements.
