Access the Academy
To access the Academy from your ServiceTitan account:
Log in to your ServiceTitan account.
Click your profile icon.
Click Academy.
Navigating the Academy
Academy Homepage
When you first login, you land on the Academy homepage. This page features announcements, new content, and quick access to all learning areas. The navigation bar at the top includes these sections:
Home: Returns you to the Academy homepage.
Getting Started: Displays all Getting Started and Prepare to Launch learning plans.
Learn: Browse all topics and courses available in the Academy.
Releases: View the latest ServiceTitan feature updates and release notes.
Residential: Courses focused on residential service workflows.
Commercial: Courses focused on commercial services.
Pro Products: Courses related to Pro Products in ServiceTitan.
User Menu
Click the User Menu 
icon. From here, you can navigate to:
ServiceTitan Academy: Returns you to the Academy homepage.
My Activities: View an overview of your learning experience, including statistics, courses and certifications, badges and achievements, social activities, external training activities, and asset sharing and rankings.
My Transcript: View a full record of your learning activities, including course names, completion dates, certificates, and credits.
Course Catalog: Search and filter all available courses, lessons, and videos.
My Courses and Learning Plans: View all courses and learning paths assigned to you.
My Channel: Access playlists you've created from Academy courses.
Getting Started, Learn, Releases, Residential, Commercial, Pro Products: Same sections as the top navigation bar.
Find courses with the Course Catalog
The Course Catalog is the best way to search and browse available content. Use the search bar at the top to filter courses by topic, category, or keyword.
Note: Use the Getting Started, Learn, Releases, Residential, Commercial, and Pro Products sections to explore courses by topic. Each section opens a focused catalog for more in-depth browsing.
My Learning
My Courses and Learning Plans
The My Courses and Learning Plans section displays all courses and learning paths assigned to you. From here, you can:
Resume in-progress courses.
View completed courses.
Access assigned learning plans, which are structured paths covering multiple related topics.
My Channel
My Channel lets you view and manage playlists you've created from courses in the Academy. This is a great way to organize content you want to revisit or complete later.
Learning Plans
A learning plan is a structured collection of courses grouped around a specific topic or workflow. The ServiceTitan Learning Experience team creates and manages all learning plans.
To access your assigned learning plans, click the User Menu icon and select My Courses and Learning Plans.
Self-Enrolling in Courses
Most courses in the Academy allow self-enrollment. To enroll in a course:
Go to the Course Catalog, browse through Learn, or use the search bar.
Find the course you want to take.
Click on the course and select Enroll.
Note: Some quick learning courses are designed to auto-play. Simply clicking on them will start the course right away.
