We know you are busy making outbound calls all day. Voicemail drop makes you more efficient by allowing you to drop off a call and leave a pre-recorded voicemail message automatically while you continue to call another customer.

Things to know
You will see the Voicemail drop option when you use ServiceTitan Click 2 Call with the embedded dialer or when you manually dial out of the Dialpad app.
Open voicemail drop settings
In ServiceTitan, go to the top toolbar and click Phones Pro
to open the embedded dialer. Note: If you don't have the embedded dialer enabled, sign in to your Dialpad account and skip to step four.
Click the Wrench icon.
Phone Preferences opens.Click View Dialpad Settings.
Your Dialpad profile opens in a new tab.In Dialpad, go to Your Settings > Voicemail Drop.
Select Enable Voicemail Drop.
Set a voicemail drop message
You have three options to set a voicemail drop message:
Select an existing voicemail drop message from the dropdown list.
Record a voicemail drop message from your computer.
Upload a voicemail drop message from your computer.
To record a voicemail:
Click Record a voicemail.
Note: The recorded message should be no larger than 32MB in size and no longer than 45 seconds in length.
In the Record Your Greeting pop-up, enter a name for the greeting.
Click Start recording and record your greeting after hearing the tone.
Once you're done recording, click Click to finish recording.
The system saves the voicemail, and it appears in the list of voicemail messages.
After creating a new recording, you can:
Click the Play icon to play the recording.
Click the Edit icon to edit the name of the recording.
Click the Delete icon to delete the recording.
Use voicemail drop
When an outbound call goes to voicemail and you hear a beep from the other side:
Select VM Drop.
Choose the option you'd like to play.
It automatically leaves a voicemail based on the option chosen. You can immediately call someone else.
