Overview
Use the Teams Management Audit Trail to review all recent actions taken on the Teams Management screen. It includes who, what, and when changes were made. This gives you a historical view of the changes made in Teams Management.
Who uses this feature
Administrators
Primarily for Residential Service and Replacement business types
Applies to all trades
Feature configuration
The Edit teams permission is required to use this feature. Please contact the account administrator on your team.
Things to know
By default, only Admin and Owner roles can use Teams Management. Other office roles can view Teams Management but aren't able to make changes. If you want to allow other employees to use Teams Management, enable the Edit teams permission in Settings
> People > Role Permissions > Edit. For more, see Set permissions for an employee or technician role. Note: Make sure only the employees you want to have access to this feature have the permission enabled. You can also use the audit trail to check what changes were made.
Any time you make and save changes in Teams Management, click Sync
on the Dispatch Board to refresh it and see the updates.
Open the Teams Management Audit Trail
Go to the top toolbar and click Settings
.In the side panel, go to Dispatch Board > Teams Management.
On the Teams Management screen that opens, go to the bottom and click Audit Trail.

The Teams Management Audit Trail table shows you:
Date and Time: The date and time the action took place.
Username: The username of the employee who made the change.
Action: The action that took place.
Team: The name of the team that was changed.
Note: For changed team names, the audit trail lists the most recent team name.
Description: A detailed description of the change.

Tip: Hover over a description to see more details.
Change the number of items shown per page
Go to the bottom of the Teams Management Audit Trail screen and click the Items Per Page dropdown.
In the menu that opens, select how many items you want to view per page.

Filter by date, username, action, and team
To filter by date:
Go to the top of the Teams Management Audit Trail screen and click the Calendar
dropdown. Note: By default, the date range is preselected for the last year through today.
In the menu that opens, you can filter by today, the last seven days, the last 30 days, last year, or a selected date range.
When finished, click Apply to set the filter.

To filter by employee username:
Click the Username dropdown.
In the menu that opens, search for and select the employee or employees you want to view.
When finished, click Apply to set the filter.

To filter by type of action:
Click the Action dropdown.
In the menu that opens, select the type of action or actions you want to view.
When finished, click Apply to set the filter.

To filter by team name:
Click the Team dropdown.
In the menu that opens, search for and select the team name or names you want to view.
When finished, click Apply to set the filter.

Note: To reset all filters, click Clear All.
