Overview
The Map search in Convex allows you to locate specific properties or areas efficiently. You can search for properties using the Search tab or the Filters section, depending on the information you have.
Who uses this feature
Managers, regional managers, representatives, and salespeople
Primarily for Commercial Service and Commercial Construction business types

Use the Search tab
The search tab is located at the top of the property list panel. You can search for properties by address or company name.
Search by address
In the search field, enter the address you are looking for. The system generates suggestions based on your input.
Select the desired result from the dropdown. The map zooms in to the address you selected, so you can view its details.
Search by company name
Enter the company name you are looking for in a search bar. The suggestions appear as you type.
Select the desired result from the dropdown. The map zooms in on your selected property, allowing you to view its details.
Use Filters
If you know the property's name, you can do your search in the Permits and Ownership filter sections.
To search in the Permits section:
Go to Map > Property list panel> Filters.
From the Permits section, click Permit Contractor/Company and enter the company name.
When you're finished, click Apply.
Tip: Use additional filters to refine your search.
To search in the Ownership section:
Go to Map > Property list panel > Filters.
From the Ownership section, click Owner Name and enter the company name.
When you're finished, click Apply.
